I was greeted by Erin warmly. My estimate was done by Mark D., he was through and very professional. He explained to me all of what needed to be done. I dropped off my car on 9-3-14, and received it back on 9-8-14. It looks just beautiful. Gerber does amazing work. I am really happy with the excellent results. Thank you so much Gerber!!

Gerber in Kennesaw is wonderful!!! I love the excellent work they have done on my car and my daughters car. Very professional, kind and courteous and they listen to my concerns. I liked how Keith always kept me informed on the status of my car. Everyone to include the the people who actually work on the car are friendly. They all went above and beyond what was expected of them. I will never take my car anywhere else. I will highly recommend them to others.

Updates were every day by text and a couple of times a week by phone - Amazing communication! My car looked great when they were done! The guys dealing with my car were nice and very informative. Stephanie, whom did the admin and updating process was great and fast. Would definitely recommend this place for great service!

I received a quote on Saturday and they had my car in on Monday to begin work. They worked it all out with my insurance company and had no delay. They even had a rental car ready for me Monday morning! I was told that my car would be ready by the weekend, but when I told them the circumstance I was in, they found a way to get it to me by Thursday afternoon, well before schedule ! They really work with you on what you need. I got continuous updates throughout my repair and when I picked up my car it was beautiful! They did awesome work and I would not hesitate to use them again or to refer them to others. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and easy to work with. Thank you!

Gerber Collision in Cartersville, GA gave me amazing customer service in fixing my bumper to my Nissan Versa. They did incredible body repair, where it doesnt even look like my car was backed into. The best part my car was fixed in just two days! I am extremely satisfied with the work they completed for my car and so thankful! I will recommend anyone who needs collision repair to Gerber.

I was very pleased with my service, especially my estimator, Emily M. She was very professional, honest, direct and fair. Further, she kept me posted on everything throughout the process and help me on how to navigate the entire experience with no stress. If it weren't for her I'd likely still have my truck not fixed. She was also very knowledgable about the vehicle and knew how to handle my claim. As a matter of fact, I really didn't have to deal with anything on that side of the repair. Once it was in her hands, she did really took leadership and handled it from beginning to end. As another example of her stellar service, she stayed late the day I had to pick up because my work schedule had me running late and Atlanta traffic is terrible.
