Over the past year I needed body work twice. The Kennesaw Gerber Collision location has exceeded my expectations for high quality repairs and outstanding customer service both times. Each day I received a call with an update on the process and expected finish time for the job. I have been to other shops and if I need future work I will go to Gerber Kennesaw's location and get their help!

Excellent customer service! I went in to get the rubber around my windshield fixed (it had detached at the corner and down along the side). Not only was it fixed at a much cheaper rate quoted...Theresa had my side mirror fixed AND put on my license plate tag at NO charge. Who does that!? If needed, I would definitely return. Nice people and reminds me of how service 'use to be'. I wholeheartedly recommend!

I brought my car in to get an estimate on fixing my back side panel where it had broken away from the bracekt of the car. They original estimate was more than I could afford at the time. They reviewed and revised the work to bring it to something more managable for me. So I had the work done. Turns out that they found a "simplier" way of just bolting the panel to the bracket. Since this is not to their normal standards because it is not perfect (not that to the average eye you would be albe to really notice) and they were conscience of my financial situation, they didn't charge me. This allows me to start saving to be able to get if fixed properly. I will be definitely bringing it back when I am able. This is the second time I have used Gerber (years ago to fix damaged caused by someone hitting my car) and continue to be happy ... with their service. Thanks Gerber read more

As a lifelong service industry veteran, I offer Gerber Collision the highest compliment to be awarded: far exceeded expectations. The resurrection of my prized E320 was spearheaded by Kimberly C, an estimator at the DeKalb Industrial location. She was both professional and personable and met all my needs as a customer. In fact, she helped go above and beyond in getting my car brought back from the land of almost "total-loss" and looking like a brand new vehicle. These repairs also happened in far less time than I initially expected, minimizing the amount of agitation I spent dealing with finding alternate transportation. Overall, my experience was 100% positive. Thanks to Gerber and especially Kimberly for everything!!
