What a great place to go after a collision!! While waiting to make a turn, in my 2012 Chevy Equinox, I was rear-ended which resulted in extensive damage to the back of my vehicle. Also, as a result of the accident, the air bag system, the seat belts, the door locks and multiple other parts required replacement, service and/or repair. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper given that my vehicle was in excellent condition prior to the impact! However, I cannot say enough about the awesome customer service and workmanship of the Roswell location of Gerber Collision! What an wonderful team of individuals who not only kept me informed throughout the repair process, but who also went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. Leland greeted me when I arrived to drop my car off. He was very pleasant and helpful with my questions. I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning, Progressive came out on Wednesday morning and I picked up my car on Friday afternoon. Leland again greeted me and went over what they had done to my car and made sure I was completely satisfied with their work. My car looks great! Leland as well as the other employees I came in contact with were all friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with Gerber Collission in McDonough.

My Insurance Company did not pay for this, as I did not report when someone sideswiped me, so I paid for everything myself. My service person, Emily M., was there to assist me in this process, every step of the way and to make me happy. She is definitely customer oriented and very professional and caring at the same time. She drove me home and then picked me up with a smile. This was one of the best experiences I have had with a service provider. She deserves lots of stars and a raise!

i had excellent customer service from my initial phone call. My adjuster was Ross B., who was courtesy and answered every question I had before I asked it. The work was done promptly and very well. would most definitely use Gerber again if I had the need, and will recommended them.
