The car look great - Emily M. as my rep and kept me appraised through out the process. When she called me to tell me my car was ready today, I told her I would grab a cab and head over, she said no we will bring it to you (I live about 3 miles away) which blew me away. Before they left the shop I asked the m to check my left brake light which i was told was out - but when my car got here the light was still out. The tech who was with Emily said that they checked it at shop and was working there but he saw it was out.... so what does he do takes the light back to shop and gets me a new one and drives back here (knowing i couldn't leave until my kids got off bus) and installs it. This is customer service !!!! Thank you so much.

I would tell everyone I know to go to Gerber in McDonough, especially after having my vehicle at their facility. The service was fast and Jessica at the counter was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I loved how Gerber kept me informed throughout the repairs. I will absolutely keep Gerber on my side and make sure to refer refer refer!!!

I really like the fact I would get pictures of all the repairing stages. Manager was very polite when I picked my car up. He replaced my front bumper without charging more to insurance. Very satisfied.

I received exceptional service from Gerber Collision & Glass. My RO Number is 241004654. Emily M. was the Estimator and did an outstanding job. She was professional, courteous and kept me informed as to the status of the repair work on my Kia Sorento. I brought my car in at 9:00am and picked it up at 5:30pm on the same day. The work was completed ahead of schedule. Emily took the time to explain the work done on my vehicle. She helped make this a very positive experience. I will highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to all of my friends and co-workers. Well done Gerber Collision & Glass!!!

I am new to the Atlanta area and had no idea where to go to get my car fixed after I was hit by a drunk driver last month. I did some research and settled on Gerber and I am so happy I did! My car looks great, even better than it did before. The staff there were so friendly and helpful, they made an entirely overwhelming process a lot less stressful. I am so thankful to the entire staff at Gerber and will definitely come back in the future.

I cannot express how much I appreciate the work that Gerber Collision put into my car. Everything was easy and quick. The text updates and status calls from employees were much appreciated. The repair and paint job are top notch. I was even beyond impressed with the detailing. My car was ready quicker than anticipated and I could not be happier that I chose Gerber.
