I was highly pleased with the service I received from this body shop. With Jason keeping in touch with me during the repair and discussing the work performed when I went to pick up my car with both Jason and Steve B. All min all it was a pleasant experience with these two men. The detail on my car was super excellent. Hopefully I hope I never have another collision but if I do I will take it back to this shop.

I am so pleased with the way this location has kept me informed about my vehicle. Leland has been absolutely wonderful. He has kept me totally informed about the status of my vehicle on a daily bases. He has called me sometimes twice a day and it has made me feel so comfortable. I really love my car and having it repaired at Gerber in McDonough, Ga. has relieved me of a lot of stress. I've dealt with other companies before but I've never received this type of customer care or service ever. Gerber in McDonough, Ga. seems to genuinely care about it customers, and is very sympathetic and that makes me feel wonderful. Thanks so much Gerber. I will be telling friends, family, and co-workers of this experience. "Leland" is a great at his job. He is caring and very competent............ THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!
