I contacted Gerber last week for repair info. on my Cadillac back passenger window, it would not go up. I spoke with Emily M. and immediately I was impressed with her communication skills. I have been commuting from South Georgia and Emily worked with me to coordinate an effective plan of action. On my way home last week she called and advised that the regulator for the window would have to be ordered and offered to tow the car to my residence in Atlanta at no charge. This really was a gracious offer and I told her I would be back up in Atlanta and would pick it up on 11/10. I went to Gerber yesterday and got my car and to my surprise they had cleaned it up and it looked great!! Emily walked me outside and verified everything had been corrected. I've been around a lot of vendor situations, but this one stands out as most memorable. Emily ... represented Gerber in a professional and courteous manner, and made what I thought was going to be a difficult task extremely pleasant. Thank You Gerber Collision for having such awesome employees. I've been to Firestone, Car dealerships, etc; and I've always felt cheated, and not satisfied with their work. Not only was I impressed with the job , but the employees made me feel like family. Bobby Williams, explained each detail very careful, and stay in contact with me through out the whole process. He made sure I got a full understanding, and most of all he wanted me to be satisfied, not only was I satisfied, I was overwhelmed. I've never seen someone go above and beyond for my satisfaction. If any of my family and friends have any issue with their car, I will definetly recommend them to this location, and tell them to ask for Bobby. My insurance company, USAA, sent me to Gerber. Stephanie was absolutely wonderful - she worked with me to figure out a weird payment situation and was so incredibly nice. They finished the work on my car very quickly ahead of schedule with frequent updates along the way. There's an Enterprise in the same building so it's also convenient to get your rental car.

Herb and the staff were absolutely exceptional, friendly, diligent, and thorough through out the entire process. The work done on my vehicle was quick, accurate, and it came out to be absolutely stunning. They even set up for enterprise to pick me up and drop me off. My Toyota 4Runner recently got broken into, and the door handle lock was destroyed along with a dent in my door. USAA recommended Gerber Collision and I could not be more pleased with the entire process. Stephanie was my estimator and took care of the process from start to finish. Very pleasurable and knowledgeable, Stephanie made sure to update me every step of the way. My car is in perfect condition now, and I am so glad Gerber Collision took care of it all! Will definitely return for body work in the future.

My car was towed to Gerber for repairs/estimate. I was very happy with the greeting and service. They up dated me on a timely mater, I had rental car for two weeks, only had it for one week. My car was ready for pick up with in that week. I am very satisfied with the repairs and quality. I will highly recommend Gerber Kennasaw.
