I got in a motor accident last week and and was scheduled to drop my car off at gerber collison on Willow ST, Atlanta, GA 30308. I didn't even know how long it was going to take for them to repair my car. Just the next day Bobby W. (Estimator) called and let me know the car was 50% complete. On Wednesday he informed me that the car is ready for pick up. It takes just three days for them complete my car repairs. This place is awesome! Kimberly was my estimator at the Gerber in Decatur, GA and was absolutely wonderful. Everyone at this facility is great, but Kimberly went above and beyond to make my car come out looking brand new. I don't have coverage for a rental car, so they expedited my repair and got it back to me within two days (I was originally estimated 4). She even got a previous hit-and-run scuff buffed out for free. Five stars can't begin to convey how impressed I was with the service here. I'd give them twenty stars if I could. I will absolutely recommend to others!!

If I could give Gerber Collision & Glass more than 5 stars I would. No one wants to be in an accident and matters are even more complicated when you are in an accident out of state. But I can't tell you how grateful I am to have such a wonderful team supporting me through what could have been a very unpleasant process. Stephanie D'Agostin, especially, went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to quickly get a rental car and get on the road home while she and her team handled all of the details surrounding my collision.
