Dealing with an accident, regardless of how big or little is never easy, it is always stressful. I am so thankful for how I was treated from the moment I walked into the shop. I did not have an appointment, as I had the accident the night before and wanted to at least get the car in the shop, even if it meant that work would not get done right away. The estimator, Emily M. was outstanding. She walked me through the process, made feel at ease and from that moment she continually and consistently kept me updated on the status of the car. She is what customer service should be, attentive and professional. She made the entire ordeal very easy to manage and I will recommend Gerber to anyone that has a need for a body shop. Top notch. Thank you so much Emily and thank you Gerber!

Mike U. and the Gerber crew took amazing care of me! My car was hit with a shopping cart by a Walmart employee, and my damage was repaired flawlessly, on time, and at a reasonable price. Mike called me several times to keep me up to date, and the auto-text system also kept me in the loop. I REALLY appreciate the work Mike and the entire team did from start to finish making this a no-hassle affair for me.

Good costumer service the minute I entered the building. Everything was handled during vehicle drop off and I was updated daily on the repairs. My truck was finished 2 days prior to expected date and was in great condition. My truck looks as if it was never repaired. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs any collision repair.

Gerber in Kennesaw is wonderful!!! I love the excellent work they have done on my car and my daughters car. Very professional, kind and courteous and they listen to my concerns. I liked how Keith always kept me informed on the status of my car. Everyone to include the the people who actually work on the car are friendly. They all went above and beyond what was expected of them. I will never take my car anywhere else. I will highly recommend them to others.

Updates were every day by text and a couple of times a week by phone - Amazing communication! My car looked great when they were done! The guys dealing with my car were nice and very informative. Stephanie, whom did the admin and updating process was great and fast. Would definitely recommend this place for great service!
