I received exceptional service from Gerber Collision & Glass. My RO Number is 241004654. Emily M. was the Estimator and did an outstanding job. She was professional, courteous and kept me informed as to the status of the repair work on my Kia Sorento. I brought my car in at 9:00am and picked it up at 5:30pm on the same day. The work was completed ahead of schedule. Emily took the time to explain the work done on my vehicle. She helped make this a very positive experience. I will highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to all of my friends and co-workers. Well done Gerber Collision & Glass!!!

I am new to the Atlanta area and had no idea where to go to get my car fixed after I was hit by a drunk driver last month. I did some research and settled on Gerber and I am so happy I did! My car looks great, even better than it did before. The staff there were so friendly and helpful, they made an entirely overwhelming process a lot less stressful. I am so thankful to the entire staff at Gerber and will definitely come back in the future.

I cannot express how much I appreciate the work that Gerber Collision put into my car. Everything was easy and quick. The text updates and status calls from employees were much appreciated. The repair and paint job are top notch. I was even beyond impressed with the detailing. My car was ready quicker than anticipated and I could not be happier that I chose Gerber.

Absolutely awesome service. From the time I met Jeffery with the estimate, the emails that updated my repairs, Dennis being honest with me that the car was not clean enough for pick up, and finally the pick-up--awesome. Unfortunately i had to call and get a windshield replaced the next day due to a rock flying up from the road. Because your service/customer-service was great--Gerber got the call for my windshield repair!!! Thank you!!!

The Mercedes dealer had given me 2 names of where to send my car for repair, but because it is a fleet car, we had to use Gerber. I was expecting a second-class operation, but was treated incredibly by Mike and the crew from the moment I walked in the door. Mike even pointed out a defect in my tire, that wasn't even related to the incident. He provided a fast estimate and I received a call to get my car scheduled to get in very quickly. They arranged for a rental car company to meet me at their location and the repairs were done even faster than they thought. The car looks great and they even took care of a couple of small scratches at no charge! I would bypass the other body shops and head straight here if I ever needed to again! Thanks Mike - you were great to work with!
