The Gerber team at the Cartersville, Ga location was great! I took my car to them for hail damage repair. They did a WONDERFUL job on my car. I was very impressed at how they kept me well informed of every step of the process. When they completed the work, my car looked like it was worth a million bucks (that would be a very expensive Honda Accord), lol! It would be a "no brainer" who I would look to if I needed any other auto body damage repair.

Customer service was spectacular. Gave constant updates via text and phone and spent extra time and hours to ensure my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner, greatly reducing the level of stress and time that comes with property damaged to such a degree as ours. I would highly recommend Gerber to everyone at my Coast Guard unit if a situation as such as mine would ever occur.

I am 100% impressed and satisfied with the courteous and professional service I received on my hail-damaged car. Keith B. was outstanding, answered my questions, kept me in the loop, and got my car repaired and back to me in record time. Hopefully I won't have damage to any of our autos in the future, but if that does happen, Gerber will be the only place I will go! 5 Stars for sure!

My front bumper was cracked. Got two estimates and Gerber's was half what the other's. But even better, GM Ben Maley came up with a way to save me time, which is more important to me than cost. He got the bumper, painted it and then I came in to have it installed when it was convenient. I went across the street for lunch and when I came back my car was ready. Took about an hour.The other place wanted to keep it three days. Work was flawless.
