I was recently in a minor accident and was in need of a back bumper repair. The insurance company has given me a list auto collision companies to choose from. Being local I have heard of Gerber and remember people speaking very highly so that is who I choose to go with. I'm so glad I did because it was an absolute pleasure to work with them. From scheduling the appointment to the very end. They were extremely helpful and made the entire process easy and simple and extremely quick. I will be more than happy to spread the wonderful experience I had with my local Gerber and let everyone know how surperb they are.

Ashley was my contact person. She was personable. Very knowledgeable in her position. She kept me inform @ least three times a week; sometimes as many as twice a day Ashley was the type person that gives Gerber the reputation it has!!

I recently had to have the front bumper replaced on my Acura. The staff was very courteous and efficient. They kept me well informed of their progress and the repair time was less than expected. All of my concerns were addressed without making me feel stupid. Kudos to Brittany, Tommy, Ed and 1 other female employee (sorry....didn't catch the name) for outstanding service. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone needing repair work.
