The service was top notch from beginning to end. They provided quick and efficient service with great customer service. I was kept informed and they worked to make the repair hassle free. They even helped me arrange a rental and it was ready to go when I dropped my vehicle off. No one ever wants to be in an accident, but if the unfortunate circumstances arise, you will not be disappointed with Gerber Collision in Kennesaw. Don't even think twice. I recently had my rear bumper repaired and the service was excellent. I was kept in the loop regarding the progress of the repair. There is a rental car company onsite extremely convenient. Best of all my SUV was returned to me cleaned and detailed. In addition, I was given after repair care instruction. I was running a little behind due to traffic the office had closed, I called ahead and they waited for me - now that is customer service. I am one happy camper,

Go ahead and book your repairs at Gerber in McDonough. Don't hesitate. Their customer service/office staff is fantastic, and the word done on our Volkswagen was perfect. We were uncertain going in, never having had this type of service done in the area, but we are 100% satisfied, both with the actual work done AND with the way we were treated. We were kept fully informed with regular phone calls to update us on their work. I'm thanking Brittany, especially for the way the whole thing was handled. Thank you to everybody who worked on our Beetle. We won't hesitate to recommend your shop, and if we never need body work done again (or glass), we'll see you first.
