Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the very beginning (the initial phone call) until the end (when I picked up the car). I felt that Jimmy went the extra mile in explaining to me the process when I dropped off the car. And he followed that up in explaining to me what was done when I picked it up. The lady at the front desk (I forgot to get her name) also explained to me the company's guarantee. And I like that USAA told me they also guarantee your work. Furthermore I felt the repair was completed in a short amount of time. Based on my experience I will recommend Gerber Collision & Glass in Douglasville, Georgia to others.

Wow! Is the first thing I can truly say. My car is as if I never been in a car accident. It drives the same way when I first brought the car. As for Sheri I believe that's her name, she kept me informed every step of the way. I received a phone call on Tuesday and Thursday of every week up until the last week I pick up the car. Again Wow! I am very pleased - great job to the entire crew that worked on my car.

My husband and I had ran over a cooler in the middle of the highway, which one would assume would not be very damaging. However, that dang cooler did a number on our car. Gerber was excellent from the start. They worked without insurance company, to get the car completed in a timely manner. The whole process was smooth and we never felt that our car was in bad hands. When we got it back, it was done faster than we expected, and it was done well. They even washed the car, and cleaned the inside! If you're looking for a place that you'll feel comfortable leaving your car and will be happy with the result, Gerber Collision and Glass in Kennesaw is by far the BEST place to take it!
