Ashley and Jimmy did an outstanding job assisting me when I brought my car in for repairs. The customer service was A1 and they were extremely helpful. Ashley was extremely nice and Jimmy went the extra mile to ensure that my car was done right! I had a wonderful experience. I definitely would recommend Gerber to a friend!

The Woodstock Gerber location was completely responsive to all questions. First and foremost, they did an excellent job of doing a major repair to our SUV. Not only that. They were able to finish the repair several days early. A job extremely well done. Next time someone decides to light a cigarette and ram our SUV at full speed, I will only consider Gerber Woodstock as the place to go. Thanks!

I was extremely pleased with the entire repair process. All of the staff were pleasant, professional ,and courteous. The work was completed on time as promised. The body work and paint work were exceptional. My car looks like new again. It was returned to me freshly washed and clean also. I would recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone who wants quality auto repair.

It would have been more convenient if my car had been fixed a lot quicker than the two weeks it took but I really appreciate the customer service and the problem-solving of the staff. They compensated my rental car when I came to pick up my car and the damages weren't fully repaired during the check. I imagine that a number of other locations would have made it my problem and left me without a ride while they fixed the mistake.
