I am very grateful to the attention and effort given to my vehicle by Gerber collision of Douglasville. My car was stolen with a tremendous amount of damage done to it and the staff at Gerber eased all of my concerns from day one. They were very friendly and helpful with any concerns or questions that I had and did a wonderful job of explaining all the details about the damages found on my car. If I ever need any body work or repairs done again I will be sure to comeback and I will also refer friends of mine to this location. Gerber does a great job. They send text updates and call you twice a week with an update. They go over the entire car, what was fixed and why it was fixed. Car was fixed 10 days ahead of schedule. My vehicle had $11k worth of damage and it looks brand new now.

I went into the Douglasville, Ga location on Friday, October 9, 2015 and Mr. Jimmy made my day. I had a minor dent in my back bumper and he arranged for a technician to look at it while I waited and about 20 minutes later to my surprise the dent was gone and I was on my way. Mr. Monger's customer service was awesome!!! Thanks a million

Thanks for all of the outstanding and excellent customer service you guys showed me , my husband and my Honda. Brittany showed me great customer service from Day 1. Sarah took care of the process of getting my car to different locations with no harm or danger. Tommie the ending process and picking up my car was show in detail by Tommie. Gerber -Mcdonough ROCKS !! I had to drive 45 to a 1 hour both ways ....It was well worth it. I will recommend this location to EVERYONE!!

I want to express my thanks and gratitude for the wonderful treatment I received from the ladies at Gerber Collision in Douglasville this past Saturday. I unexpectedly dropped in to your center 30 minutes before they closed for advice on how to repair my left side door mirror without having to swallow a bitter pill to replace the entire assembly for something that seems could be repaired with a little creative thinking. Let me say I can and will if necessary bite that bullet but this is for a 1999 vehicle that I am not trying to keep in mint condition. Two hours later (after closing hours) Jeri' W. worked on my mirror determined to find a way to resolve my problem using her imagination and creative ability while Christina M. did everything possible to make me comfortable down to listening to my stories of my husband's early days working ... for a body shop formerly located on that site in the late 60's. Their hospitality and professionalism is an asset to your company and anyone that employees them is fortunate to have them. Jeri' is continuing to research my problem while her temporary fix on Saturday is working very well. Although I do not live in the Douglasville area and there are more local businesses to my home I could use I will be returning to Gerber for the permanent fix. read more
