Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I walked in: rental car was there for me, dropped my car off, got a call, picked my car up, and off I went with a washed/waxed/ and perfectly repaired car. The service was so good, it felt like I got a hug from Grandma.

Kate and Tiffany are great to work with and very responsive, and all work was completed in the estimated timeframe. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars was because there was some confusion over payment. My company's insurance is Tokio Marine and they had provided an appraiser who was working with Gerber. My understanding was that there was a relationship between Tokio and Gerber, but when the car was complete I was told that the bill would need to be paid in full before the car was released. I then had to confirm that Tokio had paid my company and have my fleet administrator then pay Gerber, so I had to wait an extra day before I could pick up my vehicle. Any chance Tokio could be set up as a direct bill?

This is my second time using Gerber in Fogelsville and my experience was again fantastic. The two gals in the front office are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The repair to my bumper was flawless. I would absolutely use Gerber in Fogelsville again if I ever have another auto body need.

The whole front desk staff is very helpful, and so is Mike who I have worked with every time I have had my car repaired.
