February 2015: I am a resident of Reading, PA. I drive a 2005 Mercury Mariner. This winter I spun out and hit a guardrail after one of the snow storms, damaging my rear tire/axle/suspension and my front bumper. My insurance company gave me a list of auto body repair shops to choose from within in the area, and by no means did I want to have my car repaired 45 minutes from home. Due to all the repair shops in the area still backed up and working on hail damaged cars still from last summer's hail storm, each one of those shops quoted an estimated finish date of the end of March, early April. Needless to say I did not have that much time to wait for my car to be repaired and I chose to have my car towed and repaired here at Gerber Collision and Glass in Fogelsville. It took about 3 weeks for my car to be finished, but I appreciated all the ... time it took them. Their head technician reminded me each week that I will not get my car back until he was certain it was safe and drive-able, which I really appreciated. Each and every staff member I spoke to was very easy to talk to and they were all concerned with my safety as well as proper repair of my vehicle. And not only did they repair the damaged parts, but they also cleaned my exterior and interior as well! If anything would happen again in the future to my vehicle, I would not hesitate to bring my car back to this shop! Thanks for everything Gerber Collision!!! :) read more

I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone in need of vehicle repair! They were absolutely fantastic! Great communication and Katie and Tiffany at the front desk were wonderful. They always kept me in the loop as to the progress of my SUV's repairs. I didn't get to meet any of the technicians who worked on my SUV but I can't thank them enough. It looks fantastic! What an amazing experience this was. Dropped off the car last week , picked it up today and it looks better than the day I drove it off the dealers lot. From day one when I walked in the greetings that I got from the two wonderful ladies in the front to the staff that took my phone calls to get an update on the work all top notch professionals. I wouldn't want my car to be serviced anywhere else. I was at this location a couple of years back to get work done on my previous vehicle and even back then they were exceptional. Great work and a great experience over all five stars for me!!!
