Very pleasant experience. Customer service was amazing and so was the repair. Everything was done in the estimated time AND the shop kept me informed/updated with everything as well. They even made the rental process smooth. Honestly they made the WHOLE process smooth and my car looks amazing! Obviously no one wants to have collision damage to their vehicle but if I ever find myself in this predicament again I will be sure to choose Gerber. Thank you all again.

This will be for Jessica who took care of me from the very start and to the end. Jessica, she know me very well and she made me feel very good even though I damaged my car. Jessica is very well aware of my situation and she made my life so comforable. I have been there many of times and their staff and techichains who repairs my demages. The whole staff really work together very well. I have no negatives things to say this auto body shop in Crafton. I highly recommend this company to everyone!! The service was excellent. My car was done in four days. Awesome sevice all the way around. They had Enterprise pick me up for my rental and when I came back for my car, I just left the rental there. The staff was also great to work with.
