All estimate questions were handled within one hour of sending e-mail on Gerber site. Work duration estimate met. Quality of work was top notch -- could not tell that damage had occurred. And all rattles in damage area were taken care of during repair so that the vehicle was back to as good as new (vehicle had only 10,500 miles).

Excellent service, my vehicle looks great, it was also cleaned on the inside which I did not expect. I was updated periodically about the status of my vehicle which was also very unexpected and appreciated. The members of the staff that I interacted with were very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone.
