The customer service was great. Friendly and willing to answer any questions and very concerned of how they may best serve us. They did a super job on the repair and even cleaned the car inside and out! Was not expecting that! I would recommend them to anyone needing a car body repair shop.

This is my second experience with Gerber...why? Well not only because i damaged my car but because i requested to do business again with this company. Everyone is super friendly and the work is top notch...my car came out looking better than when i initially bought it. The parts are excellent and i never had a problem with a job. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

I was very very,pleased at how great my Pontiac grand prix,turned out,looked really great and the went the extra mile to do exactly what i wanted,i was very pleased with the service and the got my grill looking better then the factory one,thank you very much,know i know that my pontiac grand prix is different the all the rest

I hadn't had an accident in several years and when I did it was a real hassle. This time, the staff at Gerber took care of everything. The van looks like new again. They replaced damaged things that I didn't think the would. They cleaned it inside and out before I picked it up. It's good to know that some people still believe in quality work. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do , I know where to go. Thanks Gerber!

The quality of work, customer service, and professionalism of the staff greatly exceeds any company I've ever dealt with before. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable about each and every case, and they keep their promises no matter what outside circumstances come in to play. I would highly "wreck"-ommend Gerber to anyone with glass or auto body issues or concerns. Their work is clearly second to none!!! (2008 Audi A4, front end, rear end, and undercarriage damage. Looks brand new after the repairs! Thank you so much!)

The people here are truly the nicest ever! The work done to my trailblazer was superb; and not only did they make the outside look new...they detailed the inside! It looked and smelled like a brand new car! What a wonderful place of employees! thank you!!!!

They said it would take a couple days to be done. They were not lying. I brought my car in on a Tuesday to get my bumper repainted due to chipping (from prior work being done on it), received a rental for two days and got my car back Thursday. That was quick and the work seems up to part.
