Paul and the whole team were OUTSTANDING and was in constant communication with me about my truck. Had a piece of lumber hit my 2023 Nissan Frontier in the bumper/grille area. We were in a car accident the day before and the hood was all smashed and starting to separate. We were in a rental and to make matters worse we were almost 11 hours away from home. To insure our rental was safe enough to drive back home we decided to stop by this collision shop to ask an expert if they would recommend. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. They wrapped our hood with a body wrap for cars to secure the front and to keep any wind from being able to get underneath it and cause more damage and most importantly they did it free of charge. My family and I were very appreciative of the kind gesture. That type of generosity is rare these days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with the need of a body shop. This shop took on a task which, through no fault of theirs, had evolved over a few years. They did a great job coming up with a solution and doing the work up to the point where a backordered part killed momentum. We all waited it out and Gerber got the job done!
