My wife , Cynthia , are totally satisfied with the service. The work was exceptional; the reception and check out were efficient without any wait time. Anthony did a fantastic job. He was thorough in evaluating the work that needed to be done and explaining it clearly to us. He took great care to get to know us and our concerns. We felt like we could totally depend on his follow up.

I was so impressed with the courtesy and professionalism that I received at Gerber Collision on Cassat Ave in Jacksonville, Florida. My car looked like new when worked was completed. It has been quite a while since work was done on my Infiniti Q50, but I just had a chance to review the packet that I was given so long ago. Even though much time has passed, I felt that I must give praise to all the staff that I interacted with.
