I cannot express enough how pleased I am with my experience at Gerber Collision. After my Mercedes got front-end damage, I was worried about how long the repair process would take and was super anxious about it. However, Gerber Collision made it seamless and stress-free. Denny, in particular, went above and beyond to keep me and my family updated throughout the entire process, which took less than two weeks to complete. What stood out even more was when the insurance company tried to deny coverage for the tire damage. However, Gerber Collision and Denny took it upon themselves to advocate for us and successfully prevented us from having to pay out of pocket. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. The whole team at Gerber Collision proved to be exceptional. From their efficient repair work to the friendly front ... desk receptionist, they exceeded my expectations. Auto repair shops can often be lacking in customer service, but that was not the case here. Denny and the entire crew were nothing short of awesome. If, in the unfortunate event that I ever find myself in another accident (fingers crossed it won't happen), I won't hesitate to return to Gerber Collision. I am also confident that if I ever need windshield repair or any other automotive service, this is the place to go. We recently made a trip to Tallahassee, and when we got back home here to PCB, we noticed our rear bumper was gone! We just purchased our 2023 Chevy Trailblazer, and now someone took our bumper!! We first went to the dealership, and they estimated it to be $2,000. So we turned our claim into our insurance company, who assigned Gerber Collision in PCB on Front Beach Road to give an estimate. So we made an appointment. When we walked in, we were greeted friendly by John, who seemed to be one of the office managers. He quickly took a look at our bumper issue, then brought the parts up in his computer, and said it was such a simple job, only costing less than $400. So we were able to cancel our insurance claim, and just pay out of pocket. In about a week, our bumper was installed, and the job was completed. We were so happy with this ... collision shop. Their business is run efficiently, and uncomplicated. And they weren't out to break our pocket book. They treated us like family. We definitely would recommend them to all our friends and family. read more
