The reception was very pleasant on the phone and greeted us when we came in the building. The estimator was very nice and went over things with us. When they called and said the car was ready and I asked about if the front end alignment was done they said no, but we will do that. When we went to go pick up the car we had the ask them to fix the front bumper due to it wasn't attached very secured. He immediately took it beck to the shop and came back and it appeared fixed after 30 minutes.
