Quality is actually still alive and well and can be found at Gerber in Orlando. Fernando and his team did a fabulous paint job on my car. The paint was peeling from a previous repair by another company. I never thought it would look so good.Like new, only better! Thank you!

They did an excellent job painting my Camry! I had it repaired before by another company in the area and it came back two different colors! I took it to Gerber and DJ, Darren and Dave did an excellent job! They got it back to perfect, and fixed the mess, in just a few days. Darren was very knowledgable on the process, Dave did great in making sure my expectations were met, and I felt like DJ did a great job making sure everything was going well even though he isn't at that location! Thanks guys!

So, someone attempted to steal my car, but only succeeded in breaking a window and totally wrecking the ignition. Gerber Collision showed up on a list of service providers via my insurance company USAA. I couldn't find a lot of info on them online, but I took a chance and contacted them. Since my ignition was screwed up, my car was not drive-able, they coordinated with me and my hectic schedule to tow my car to their shop. And, believe it or not, as far as the bill shows, there was no charge for this. They were able to send me all the estimates and authorizations forms to me via email, which made it much easier on me. All told, the charges came up to exactly what they quoted me; there's always the fear that the bill will magically double in regards to car repairs. Additionally, when I came to pick up the car and pay the bill I mentioned a ... minor problem with my car that was causing a major frustration for me. See, the fuel door wasn't popping open when I pressed the lever, and he just fixed it for me right there for no additional charge. Also, there was broken glass in my car from the broken window, so they vacuumed that area as well as the entire car. I hope my car doesn't get used to this fancy treatment; I don't think it's been this clean in years. If bad luck causes me to need collision repair again, I will definitely return. read more

Safeco sent us to a different repair business, but we have USAA insurance and have used Gerber in the past and were very satisfied. So, we went with Gerber and, once again, were not disappointed about our choice. The other shop wanted to cut corners, but Gerber did settle for that. They did complete and excellent work in a timely manner and my car was returned far cleaner than I left it.

Gerber collision did a tremendous job on repairing our vehicle. They were very professional and courteous. Even though this accident occurred durning the holidays the turnaround time was only about ten days. The vehicle was repaired very well. I would recommend Gerber Collision to anyone needing vehicle body repair.

I meant to mention to Tim that I got a call from my sister-in-law who lives in Wesley Chapel, just north of here while I was in the process of making the reservations and Gerber came up. She said she just had her car fixed at your local shop and couldn't say enough good thing about the staff and service. She said she'll never go any place else! She is very, very picky and a chronic complainer. Your guys must have really performed... a miracle! Just though you should know.

"Dan, "Butch" (my mini-cooper) and I had the unfortunate need of a collision service and one of my insurance companies was your business.
