The staff did an excellent job contacting me with updates to let me know exactly where I was in the repair process. My car was washed and in perfect condition when I picked it up. I couldn't have been happier!

I just wanted to inform Gerber's Corporate Office of my auto repair experience. They did am awesome job on my car. The facility where I had my car repaired was 100% satisfying. Everyone there was very friendly, polite, informative, helpful, efficient and prompt with their service. The facility was very clean, organized, a very pleasant atmosphere. And my car was repaired quickly If I should ever need any other work on my car I would definitely return to Gerber. And I will refer Gerber to my family & friends.

Initially had by car repaired on 2/4/14, and my experience with your employees at the Amelia st location was fantastic. Mr D. R. was the consumate professional from start to finish. Well just when you think it can't get any better, it does, I knew my rear passenger side seat folded prior to my 2011 Ford Fusion being rear ended, when i picked up the car i neglected to see if it folded, on 2/27/14 i called and spoke with Mr Ranstrom who advised me to bring the car back. On 3/3/14 I took the car back, Mr R. took the time out of his day to repair the damages on the spot, i work for a compaant that employees over 1000 people, believe me when i say i will certainly spread the work about the awesome service one get at GERBER>

I have been using your facility since 1994. Cars were a Dodge Stealth, Acura CLS coupe, two Prius's and a 2013 Toyota Corolla S. All the work that was completed on these automobiles, without exception, was outstanding. My thanks to the employees that completed the most recent work. These are experiences that I will not forget. I would like to thank Shawn at the facility on Blending Blvd in Orange Park, Florida for for solving my problems over the years. Thanks once again.
