Unfortunately this is my third visit to the shop over the years for both of my vehicles. This time my Jeep took some serious damage and Liberty mutual uses Gerber as a certified warranty service provider. They are the most cordial and clean facility, with coffee, water and a pleasant smile to make your day go a little easier. Throughout the process I get updates every 2-3 days on how they are doing. They personally call me and inform me what is going on and if anything has changed. They thoroughly inspect the vehicle that would earn anyone of the military's respect from their attention to detail. The pictures and documentation found another crack I did not see which is covered by my insurance for free and was done in conjunction with my collision repairs by Gerber. They are an one-stop-shop and they do it all. I asked about these door ... handles I bought to replace in my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which is trending for all owners now without Jeep/Chrysler's help or concern I found DeLors company out of Riverview who sells these things. I asked Rae if they would do it and they said a gesture of apathy they would do it for free. I mean it would've been over $50-75 a door or more and they just said they would hook me up. These are good people with an understanding of what good customer service is about. Ryley and Rae run a tight ship in Z-hills Florida and I would recommend anyone to tell your insurance this is where you want to go. Worry free environment with a shuttle service to get you home or to the car rental bldg. Give them a try, you won;t be disappointed.. read more

Their service was amazing. Everyone in the office is very helpful and understands customer service. They provided biweekly updates as promised when handing my car to them. Every time I called them with concerns or questions, they were ready and knowledgable to answer. Patty was really helpful and extremely nice. Their priority is your satisfaction. Once i took the car to the Honda dealer for inspection, they were blown away for the high quality of the paint job and the body job. Highly recommend them based on my experience. the quality of their job and personnel are Awesome.

I recently had my 2007 F-150 in for collision repair at your Clermont, FL location. The work done on my truck was flawlessly executed in a very timely manner. Scott Monroe and his Team made the experience worry-free for my wife. While I was at work she dropped off the truck and he had the insurance-provided rental car waiting for her. While the truck was in the shop, he routinely called to alert her of the status of the vehicle. When the truck was ready yesterday, my wife was at work, so I picked up the truck and was ecstatic at how nicely the repair work had been done, and how beautifully clean and detailed the truck was when it was returned to me! I felt like I was getting a new truck! All in all, Scott and his Team did a fantastic job, and it was a very good experience. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and use them again.

Gerber did a great job on repairing our vehicle! USAA is not my insurer, but they were responsible for my repairs and suggested Gerber as an authorized shop. I was really impressed with Wendy B., the one that handled our vehicle all the way through the "in and out" of the shop. She gave me detailed information and looked after me all the way until I picked up our vehicle after repairs were completed. Job well done at that location. Thank you so much!
