Thanks for a job well done! On Tuesday morning I was promised it would be done by Friday, receive a call it was ready today. Wednesday 3/26/14 about 4pm . Our SUV looked Showroom Fresh when it was pick-up. So very please with your Customer Service & Service. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision! THANKS AGAIN AND GOD BLESS!

Excellent service treated professionally, would recommend to others,car returned washed. Walked around car with me and explained what they did. Receptionist very friendly. Apologized for the wait. Enterprise representative very personal and treated with respect.

We've used Gerber for years (even back when they were Walker!). They do a wonderful job--can't tell there was anything wrong with the car after they finish. This month's work involved redoing the whole bumper area of the car--it was done quickly and efficiently, and the staff was curteous and kept us up to date on the progress. The car is 2003 Mercury, so they had to go to some effort to find a bumper for it!

I would like to thank Jon and the guys for doing such a great job on my car. When I came to pick up my car, I thought it was a brand new car from the Hyun show room. This has been the second time I used Gerber, and I was very satisfied both times. I would like to thank the girls also, for having to put up with my phone calls. I would recommend any one to use Gerber, as I know they are getting a job well done.

Right from my first visit to Gerber's I was impressed, Rae greeted me with a curtious and pleasant attitude. Rylee was very informative and pleasant to deal with. The service that I received and the professionalism were second to none. my car received the best of care and was in show room condition when I went to pick it up. The service at this particular location was absolutely fabulous. From the moment when I first called I was impressed with the friendliness. Then when I took my car in for the "inspection" it was still impressed. They told me it would take 3 days to repair the damage. I was informed that if I were to take it in on a Wednesday the job would be complete on Friday of that same week. Well, I thought about it and thought this would be great. So, on a Wednesday I took my car in and sure enough on Friday afternoon I received my call that my car would be ready for pickup at 4:00 pm. I was elated to say the least. When I got to the location I of course looked at my car. At first I didn't realize it was mine, then on further inspection I realized that it was. It was beautiful!
