Service was friendly. I was very surprised to see that they washed my car. I had repairs done under the hood but they washed and vacuumed the car. Very nice

Service went as smooth as glass. Replaced the bumper on our Lexus RX250. Used this repair shop because they repair cars for Lexus dealers. Took car in during the early morning and picked it up at end of day. No hassle. They even detailed my car for me! That was unexpected and a pleasant surprise! Car looks great--inside and out, especially the bumper. Thank you. I will use Gerber again, but I hope I have no cause or reason to have my car repaired another time--this repair was the third occasion someone damaged my bumper and drove off leaving me footing the bill.

I know that they are in the collision repair but they don't have to do quality work. Unfortunately we had to use them a few times and our cars have come out better than show room condition. Thanks for always doing a great job!

My vehicle was taken to the Gerber with four missing wheels and body damage resulting from a partial theft. Scott, Sam with GEICO and the rest of the team in Clermont were exceptionally courteous and professional and really went out of their way to make my experience a pleasant one. I received frequent updates on the status of my repair and was able to pick the vehicle up on-time. Thank you!

What a pleasure it was working with Robin, the intake processor and Ashley Browns! My accident was caused by another driver who had National General Insurance, and I took the damage assessment forms to Robin. She quickly scheduled an appointment for me to drop off my car. Then, Ashley Browns, who was the very pleasant, courteous and helpful estimator, walked me around the car and explained the damage in terms that I could understand. She scheduled the repair and my car was finished the time that was estimated. The front end of my car looked like new! I was extremely pleased with the helpfulness of Gerber staff at the St. Augustine Gerber Collision site. These two ladies went above and beyond their job duties and I will highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone I meet.

I was very impressed with Robert, the adjuster I worked with. He was attentive to all details of repairing my new Prius. Robin, at the front desk, was welcoming and had my information at the ready when I arrived. The repair work was prompt and outstanding. I could not tell the car had any damage to it. And they even detailed my pretty red Prius...it looked brand new again! Thanks so much to the outstanding staff at Gerber Collision.
