I highly recommend this Gerber location due to the personalized level of customer service provided by the manger Silvio Valencia. Silvio takes the time to thoroughly look at the vehicle with you before and after repairs to make sure that the repairs needed are done correctly and you are totally satisfied. In my case the car was a 16 year old classic Porsche and he had the experience and patience to provide repairs above and beyond my expectations. In fact he did a lot of the work himself.

When experiencing an issue with a deflector that I had installed wrong, I stopped by this business. I cannot begin to give adequate praise re: the employee's help that I received. I had thought that I had little recourse to correct my problem. Rylee E. was not only able to help me out but did so with such professionalism that I would truly return there for any work I needed to have done and would definitely send any friends in need to this place.

I was in a fender bender on April 7 and had to have my car towed to this collision center. Never being in an accident before was not my only worry. I am in the USCG and was in transit to my next duty station out in Petaluma, CA. Of course, as you can imagine, going on a nationwide road trip and having your car inoperable within the first day can cause a little more than stress. Luckily there was a man there that took better care of me than I could have ever hoped. Darryl H. is an estimator there that not only gave me peace of mind but also got me back on the road with an attitude that I will never forget. Never before have I experienced such kindness and generosity from someone performing a service to me. Also never before have I felt that anyone showed as much enthusiasm while going above and beyond in customer service. He got me in and ... out so that I was able to make it back to my hometown in GA and wanted me to give him a call whenever I got there, just to make sure I got there safe....Honestly, I didn't show it but, I had tears in my eyes from the kindness and overwhelming compassion that he had for my situation. It is a great joy to know that there are still good people out there who genuinely care about another's problem and are willing to help out. I'm not sure how far this compliment will go but this man helped me to such an extent and touched my heart in the process. I think that he is exactly what anyone who works should strive to be like.
