The staff is genuine and accommodating, which is rare these days. The entire process was seamless. They kept me informed daily as to how my repairs were coming along, and the work was finished much quicker than anticipated. One gentleman helped me 15 minutes after their shop closed, before I even dropped the vehicle off for repairs. After my car was repaired, Lauren gave me some professional advice on a separate, unrelated vehicle enhancement question I had.

We are, if such a thing exist, more than satisfied with the job on preparing our auto that had been damaged from the right rear. The left-rear (driver side rear bumper, fender, tail light etc) were all immaculately replaced. Mr. Gerber and his guys are to be highly commended for their quality of work!!
