I've just had an all-star+ experience with Gerber Collision & Glass in repairing my rear fender after a car accident. Not only was the staff (Darren R. and office staff) extremely courteous, but they provided timely in-office service and a quick turnaround for repairs (looks like new). I also received excellent support from my insurance company (USAA), conveniently working with Gerber. Enterprise Rental picked me up at Gerber to take me to my rental car, which I then was able to return to Gerber. My experience could not have been better. I told the folks there that it was so pleasant, that it is too bad that I have to have an accident to visit them! You can't go wrong with a USAA-Gerber-Enterprise support system after an accident. Kudos team!

Excellent service from Mark and his team through reliable updates during a 5 week repair, friendly and personal people throughout the whole shop, going out of heir way to please us. While we hope to never have a need for collision repair again, we would definitely bring our vehicles to this particular shop again, any time even though there are 3 other Gerber locations on our way to them. Thumps up!

I have to admit, I was actually VERY pleased with not only the CUSTOMER SERVICE (George was very pleasant, polite and answer each and every one of my questions without hesitation) and with my car, the work that was done on it and how well it looked when I picked it up. They were very great about calling and updating me on the status of my car, and kept me updated pretty much each step of the way.. This is the second time I have used them this year (unfortunately!). both times the service was excellent. They are so professional, nice and efficient. They kept me informed as to what the status of my vehicle was and called me as soon as it was ready. the car looks fantastic. As you can see I went back a second time and the second time I didn't go through insuracne so yuo could say I liked what they do and the servicce.
