Totally satisfied, with all aspects of the Gerber experience. Wendy B. is very courteous, efficient, pleasant and did a great job in getting my vehicle back to me, ahead of schedule. Courtesy car drivers were polite and treated me like a lady. I would recommend Gerber to anyone and would certainly bring my own car back there, but hope I never have to!! Thanks to all of you. Your service was truly an enjoyable experience.

Tom S was very helpful and kind. They said it would be ready on Friday and it was. They even emailed me the estimate instead of asking me to sit around with my kids for an hour. This is the main reason I decided to let Gerber fix my car. Good experience and would use Gerber in the future.

They did a great repair job. You can't tell anything was done. It looks like new. They were quick and let me know daily how things were going. Gerber is the best. I will use them if I ever need to again. I will gladly recommend my friends to them.
