From minute we walked in Robin greeted us with utmost courtesy - trying to calm any apprehension. Collision visits aren't happy experiences necessarily. Robert H is knowledgeable and thorough. His communication skills rate a "5". We highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass!

I was very happy with the speed and quality of the people at this Gerber location. Everyone was friendly and the service was excellent. My repairs were done sooner than promised and that made my life easier. I would definitely used Gerber if the need arose again.

Robert H was claim rep for Gerber that I dealt with - he was very professional and courteous. The damage done to my vehicle was fixed within a week and I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car to see it had been detailed as well!! Thanks and well done, will definitely use your services again if needed.

The service provided was excellent. I reported the accident on the afternoon of 20 November. Received a call Thursday evening to set the appointment for evaluation and repair. I took my truck in on Monday morning 24 November and had it back by 12:30 the same day. Tom S. was my service representative. He was very professional and did an excellent job.

This location was absolutely wonderful and had excellent customer service. Mike was great at keeping me informed of my car's progress every step of the way. Trudy at the front desk was very pleasant whenever I called or was in to get my rental. The Manager (name unknown) was apologetic when Enterprise was taking a long time to pick me up (not his or Gerber's fault). He kept checking on me and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. This location is top notch and I would 100% recommend them again!

Your employees were terrific. Receptionist cheerful and helpful from first phone call to time of pick up. Mike was my service guy. He was very polite, very professional and went the extra mile to return my van as soon as possible. Great teamwork. I would recommend Gerber to others needing repairs. I would use Gerber again. HIghly recommend!
