I appreciate how I was treated at Gerber. The repairs took a little longer than I originally thought they would but the result was great. The only negative I can think of is something small..when they detailed my car for pick up the carpet of the driver's side was not vacuumed. Other than that it was a good experience.

This company did an excellent job, the car looks awesome. Joseph was excellent to deal with, very understanding and helped us with the insurance company by talking on our behalf. Finally Gerber replacedthe radiator, which initially the insurance company had denied to pay for it. We highly recommend Gerber Collision, they are professionals.

I especially appreciated the way that collision expert Tom S. put me at ease at first phone call, then described the damages, the repairs, and kept me updated. With Gerber as one of USAA's approved services providers. the ease at which I was able to get car into shop and repaired promptly, was superb! My car looked like new when it was ready.
