My vehicle was damaged in accident on Sat November 15th, Allstate adjuster looked at vehicle Nov 18th and it was accepted at Gerber on Nov 24th for repair. Though repairs seemed to take longer than planned the Gerber family kept me advised of the situation and repairs were completed and vehicle delivered back to me on Dec 4th looking as good as new.

I want to shout for Amanda N. she has Excellent Customer Service. Also her staff very friendly! When I bought my car in on Dec 9, 2014. Amanda greeted with a hand shake. She explained everything to me. Appox. I long will my car be in the shop. She said, 2 to 3 days. I got my car back Dec. 10, 2014. I was totally surprise.... I want to thank Gerber Collision & Glass. K.C. was always kind, professional, sympathetic and informative throughout the three week process of repairing my Toyota Rav. I would give him and his team ten (10) stars, but you only gave me five(5). Kudos to the Adamo location of Gerber Collision.

This team in St.Cloud was outstanding. Took care of all the asspects of the repair from dealing directly with the insurance company to making the arrangements for my rental. I could not being to thank them for all their dedication to great customer service. The receptionist was wonderful very professional I think her name was Yadaira. The manager Mr. Rivera was great, I guess thats why this location runs a top notch operation. Should I ever need to have my car or anyone I know repaired at a collsio place I will definely recommend this location. They really know how to WOW a customer!!!!

The office staff was always pleasant and helpful whenever I telephoned or visited. I just got my car back today but I have every confidence that if I have any issues they will be addressed. Gerber Collision was one of the selections from my State Farm policy but I would use them in the future for repairs personally after my recent experience. Thanks!

Absolutely great service from start to finish! I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my car as Chris and his associates worked professionally to get my car back on the road. They replaced my rear bumper and crash beam as quoted by my insurance company and worked everything in the background to get the job done right. I appreciate their attention to detail and will surely be coming back for any future repairs or modifications. I had my car back within the same week which is an even greater plus!
