I haven't had a car damaged in many years so I didn't know how or where to go. I first went to David M. Toyota where I bought the car. Ignorant, lazy employee so I walked out. I then went to another Toyota store in Deland and had the same experience. Next to my office was Gerber, I was greeted professionally, handled professionally so I had Gerber repair my 2014 Toyota. Upon picking up my Toyota I was handled professionally and the work was completed on time and looks as good as new. I want to thank Tom Stokes my estimator and apologize on my first impression I must have given him. I was ready to blow up if he turned out to be another Toyota worthless employee.. Thank you Tom and Gerber for a great job.

I would encourage anyone in need of auto body repair to use Gerber. My vehicle was picked up and returned in a very timely manner and the body work and paint were a perfect match. I received multiple courtesy calls during the process to inform me of the progress being made, and to let me know when vehicle would be returned to me. Amy performed with a degree of professionalism that is rarely seen these days, as did the rest of the Gerber team.

Wow the service awesome. From Mike the manager doing an estimation on a Saturday. To Shabeer checking in everyday letting me know how things were going. I even looked forward to getting my text messages telling me how far long the progress was on the car. The Gerber team was awesome!
