This had to be the best experience I have ever had. I brought in my car they met me at the door filled all the paper work out for me and had a rental carbready for me to drive home all within 30 minutes. It took 5 days to fix my car because of all tgecdamage. When I return to pick up my vechile again the met me in the lobby filled the papers out I payed my deductible and was on myvway home before the evening traffic. I would have no problem recommending my friends and family to Gerber again my hat is off to you Gerber Family and thankscagain

Outstanding. I'm so glad USAA sent me there. They were professional, efficient, helpful, and friendly. And that is just the front end staff. The work was top quality, and completed earlier than expected, allowing me the flexibility of when to pick it up. I will recommend them any time I hear of someone needing this kind of repair. Needless to say I would definitely use them again.

Tom S. was the USAA account estimator at the shop. Tom was professional, courteous, and pleasant. Tom kept me advised of the status of the repairs and ensured that my vehicle was properly repaired. Kudo's to Tom, the body technician, the painter, and the entire staff. Should the need arise in the future, I will not hesitate to take my vehicle back to this Gerber location.

This has been the best car repair experience in a long time. We have a young driver and she has had a few car repair issues the past few years. The repair was done ahead of schedule, there were no additional cost, and they even washed and vacuumed my car.We highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass.
