I was a victim of a rear-end collision... Robin (the receptionist) Dan, Robert and all the staff were not only understanding of the time crunch I had with needing a rental to coordinate the repair.. but they rescheduled me after Enterprise had no car available...they fixed the car better than I expected, cleaned it beautifully and really made a bad experience a blessing in the end. Wow!!! Our insurance company suggested someone else. I read their reviews and called our insurance company back and told them to find someone else. They gave us Gerber Collision and Glass. I read their reviews. All of which were glowing. AND TRUE!! Our experience was exactly what people said, Wonderful! Painless! and EASY! Nybia took wonderful care of me and the Red Dragon (our Nissan Xterra). This is my first auto accident and someone hit us from behind. We were able to leave it on a Friday and picked it up on Thursday (although it was ready on Monday. It was washed and vacuumed and sparkling. I drove away and heard a rattling noise. Took it straight back and they fixed the muffler that was bumping the new trailer hitch. Thank you so much personally to Nybia and Catherine and the entire staff. I did not realize that the auto glass was separate from collision. I was a little confused when the office did not seem to know about my appointment for glass repair. After they spoke with the Jacksonville technician, things went very smoothly. The staff exceeded expectations and were very kind. They even gave me a ride to and from work, which was a life saver. Very good job!

My brand new 2015 Legacy (2500 miles) had a little mishap. It was suggested I take it to Gerber's in Ruskin and I am not sorry I did. The texts updates throughout the process were a riot to read. When a delay occurred because they couldn't get the parts (the car was too new) I was informed promptly. Then we picked the car up, OMG. It looks like nothing ever happen (the entire left side was damaged). The paint job was perfect. These guys are like artist. Even the office personnel were pleasant and helpful. These folks turned the nightmare into just a bad dream. Thanks!!
