Walking into Gerber was a delight from the receptionist, Kelly to the Estimator, George B. He said my BMW would be ready in 4 days and it was ready in 2. The quality of work exceeded my expectations and I would recommend for anyone who needed excellent body work!

I could not be happier with the service I received, Drop my car off on a Friday with Estimator, Wendy B., She was awesome. I have never been treated so pleasant, and professional, She kept me up to date on what was going on with my vehicle, and when I could expect to be finished, The body work on the car is awesome, car looks brand new. I would highly recommend anyone needing auto body repair Talk to Wendy, at Gerber Collision on Blanding Blvd. You will have a pleasant yet profesinal experience.

I was reluctant to go anywhere other than the mom and pop placed that I had been using for over 20 years. The owner and I knew each other's first names as well as the kids. But, they closed. Darreen R.at the Amelia Ave location of Gerber had huge shoes to fill, even if the work was done right. Well the work was done right, on time and under budget. Darren did a fantastic job keeping me informed and updated about what was being done and what was next and when each part would be completed. He told me about sending a part back because although it would have worked he would not put it on his car. There is nothing wrong with that standard and more businesses should adopt it. It was my very first time ever of having service/repairs completed in a timely fashion. I would also like to recognize one of your representatives - Amy. Amy was not only focused but professional, thorough, efficient, and very pleasant. She was a stress reliever from point A -1/7/15 to point B -1/12/15 and it doesn't get any better than that. I really appreciated the business with Gerber from day one they sent me updated text messages on what was going on with my vehicle and even the last they explained to me why they thought the vehicle wasn't fixable. I will truly recommend any one to Gerber that need any type of repair done to their vehicle

I give the service rendered 5 stars and appreciate the "keeping in touch" manner with which they told me the progress of the work being done.
