Everybody who I spoke to greeted me with their name and what they were doing for me. Everyone was very friendly... Complimentary coffee and water was great. So was seating area.rental car was waiting for me once I was done turning in my car. The outcome is perfect. I'd choose this place again!

As a senior citizen who has never had to go to have collision damage repaired, I was very pleased with the quality of service I received from Rob, Virginia and others at my Gerber's. The car looks good as new - and the inside was even vacuumed and cleaned. What a happy ending to stressful time for me.

The professional service and workmanship provided at the Gerber Collision & Glass facility here in DeLand is unsurpassed by any I have previously dealt with. The customer service rates at least TEN Stars! The pleasant and engaging gal at the front office assisted me with a car rental; and was most helpful. Thank you, Kelly! Brun H accessed the damage to my car, provided an estimate and communicated with my insurance company. Brun kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and patiently addressed each of my concerns. His warm, professional manner lent towards my feeling confident that my Elantra was indeed in "good hands". To my "exquisite delight", all repairs exceeded my expectations. ~ Thank you, Brun!
