l was recently involved in an auto accident that was no fault of my own (02/25/2015). I had just moved to the Orlando area recently and had no idea what to do or where to go. I called my sister, (who has lived in Orlando forever )and she remembered an add on YELP that she had seen. She told me to go to location on Amelia st. in Orlando and ask for Darren. She said that was the name on the review she read. I made the right choice, from the moment I walked into the office and met with Tanya and Lisa I was Impressed. From the cleanliness of the outside area to the inside I was amazed. Not how a body shop is supposed to look. Darren took the time to look over my vehicle and point out some potential major problems. From the frame damage to the cab of my truck even having damage. I was hit in the left rear. He explained the processes and ... procedures that were to follow and he did what he said he would. I felt comfortable with the info. that I with. Unfortunately my vehicle did not survive and I am now forced to find a replacement. The office staff was quick to let me know that they will gladly look over my next vehicle prior to purchasing it to make sure all is right. I will definitely take them up on that offer, and let everyone know that if you need ANY body work done on your vehicle to go only to Gerber on Amelia. I'm from Canada and someone hit the front right side of my car and took off. Wow, what nice people from the receptionist, Ben the fellow who gave the estimate, one of the workers doing the job and the person who took me home and pick me up when the job was done. I was treated exceptional nice and they did a great job at a very reasonable price. First class outfit. Thanks ! I would highly recommend them if asked.

Wow! What a great experience I had with the staff and service at the Clermont, Florida, collision shop. I took my car in on Tuesday morning for the repair of a dent in the rear bumper of my Lacrosse, and they called me the next day a said my vehicle would be ready at 1 PM. on Wednesday ( the next day). And true to their word the car was ready and washed as stated. The experience in dealing with Fernando (Estimator) was exceptional. He was polite and very professional. Derek, the general manager, was well very accommodating when I brought my vehicle in for the repair, and as well when I came in to pick it up. I can not say enough about those I mentioned and the receptionist. They all acted above and beyond the call of duty. They are a asset to your organization. Thanks again, for you service.

Despite the long process of getting my car fixed, I was updated with every issue. I absolutely appreciated the fact that they took off all my decals on my windshield and saved them before they repaired my glass. Saved me a trip for sure

Brittany has to be the most friendly customer service tech. She makes me feel so relaxed in stressful situation. The office shows concern and explains everything and follows up consistently. They arranged for rental car pick up and drop off. They totally rock!!! I would only use this office for any and every problem I have w/ my car.

In particular Jonathan kept me in the loop every step of the way, he personally took the time to contact me when a decision needed to be made or if the timeline changed, he is pleasant and knowledgable and I think he went the extra mnile for me, you have a great team in Tampa, and my interface with Jonathon really helped make this experience a good one. This is by far the best repair shop experience I've had thus far. I took in my Camaro for body and paint repairs, and was highly impressed by the attention to detail and the sense of priority they made me feel. Customer service is exceptional; from the follow up calls keeping you informed of the complete process, to the friendly & professional staff going above and beyond. I chose this shop simply because it was nearest to my home, but after the excellent service I've received, will definitely make this my go to repair shop. I came in for a quote for a minor fender bender on my daughter's car. The estimator saw that he could pop the fender back in place which took him less than 5 minutes with a socket wrench. It was almost a perfect repair for free. I wish I remembered his name to say thanks! When I have a real accident I will definitely come here for the repair. Thanks!
