Staff is excellent, Workmanship excellent, every part of their process was flawless. From the Lady at the front desk ( who name I unfortunately forgot but she was delightfully kind, courteous and professional ) and working with Bill O. who is a gem(!) this experience could have not been handled better. Thank you for doing such an excellent job and returning my truck in glowing condition! Will recommend to everyone in need for this service.

Thank you for working so quickly in getting my car fixed so that we could get home. George's good work was mentioned when my mechanic in N.Y. worked on my car to its completion. Thank you George for expediting. It was a very upsetting experience.

Not only was the dented front panel of my Avalon restored perfectly, but many nicks and scratches from parking lot skirmishes were removed. My 2012 Avalon looks brand new. Great work Gerber, you get all tens!

Our experience with Gerber was excellent. The work was performed according to the schedule presented and was done very well. Wendy B. was our primary contact throughout the process. She was amiable, efficient and provided service and help which exceeded our expectations.

Stressful circumstances brought me to your Shop, a fender bender with my duaghters car backing out of the garage. Needless to say, your shop was easy to find and the Receptionist was very kind. The Geico Insurance Adjuster was wonderful and took care of everything as did the Enterprise Rental person. Under the circumstances that brought me to your Shop, I appreciated the attention to customer service . Thank you

We brought my daughter's Corolla in to be repaired after it had been hit in her school's parking lot. Tom S. was the estimator who assisted us. He was efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. They all exceeded our expectations as to quality, value, and expediency ; and all of that with a fair price. Customer service by everyone we encountered was impeccable. We will definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

Chris H. and his team - Josh, Tammy - the personable girl at the front desk (don't remember her name!) and the technicians did an outstanding job servicing my car which was in a collision. From the initial estimate to the day I picked up my car, they were communicating with me on the status of my repair. Could not be more pleased with their customer service as well as the excellent repair given to my car. It has never looked better.
