I would definitely give Gerber 5 Stars. They are extremely customer friendly, their workmanship is beyond compare and they stand behind their work.. All of the staff we dealt with went out of their way to answer any questions that we had. We noticed a little flaw in one small area. We brought it back to them and without any hesitation, immediately took it into the shop to buff. Naples is extremely busy this time of year. We expected that we would have to bring it back in after making an appointment. Obviously we were pleased that they took care of it right away. Thank you to all the staff at Gerber's Naples Florida.

Very fast service. Had an accident Saturday which damaged the windshield, bumper, fog light and such. Got car towed to them on the following Monday and have the car back Friday in the same week. They were kind and did a great job. I'm very satisfied.
