To whom it may concern. The folks at this location were really first class in all respects. We didn't have any repair work done, but while the insurance company made up their minds about the idea of repairing or totaling our vehicle your people were so very helpful in keeping us updated and in the loop. We live in Ft. Myers and our accident accured in Tampa. Fellow by the name Johathan C kept us current with all matters. We thank-you for all your assistance during this unfortunate experience. This review is long over due. My car was repaired here a few months ago and let me tell you I , to this day, I could not be more impressed with the out come. I wish that everyone had the chance I did to watch their car go throught the repair process. Mind you, I do not own a 3 series BMW or a Bently, I own a 2012 Nissan Altima and the Tech that worked on my car treated it like it was a 3 series Bmw. Thank you so much to all who had a hand in repairing my car! I am proud to say that my car was repaired here and moreover, I am very PROUD to say that I work here as well. Thank you Gerber for hiring high quality technicians and employees.

I was in an accident and was referred to Gerber Collision by Geico whom the person at fault had insurance. Once I spoke to George B at Gerber I knew that was where I wanted my Ford Escape to be repaired. Everyone was so very helpful, kept me informed, and completed the repairs early.
