Gerber is really what a company is suppose to be. They called me and kept me informed every step of the way, they treated me like a king, Our 2014 dodge ram does not look like it was in a wreck before. They did such a excellent job Dodge themselves couldn't have done better. I have been telling everyone about gerber we would never take our cars no other place if need to I can show you before and after pictures .you will be amazed like me!

Jennifer and Lynn were amazing! Customer Service is by far the best I've ever experienced from a repair shop. They made sure I was kept up to date on the status of my truck repairs and made extra effort to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the repairs. Hopefully I won't have another accident to need to come back, but if I do I'll definitely bring it back here.

Time to hit the road towing a fifth wheel, and the tailgate fails to open. I cannot hook up to fifth and until tailgate is repaired, I cannot take any other steps to heading back home. Thanks to Rosa P's care and assistance, the truck was repaired in no time at all. Repair may have been simple, but it was their people who made the difference in a bad time for me. We got rear-ended on the first week of our month long holiday in Cocoa Beach. Stress beyond belief. Sherry and Mona were great to work with. Dave took charge of our car and assured us it would be taken care of, not to worry. We still worried, but for nothing. Our car was well taken care of and returned to us in great shape. The staff at Gerber's was friendly and sympathetic to our predicament. Thank you for all you did for us.
