I can not stress enough how satisfied I was with my experience at Gerber. It was difficult being without my vehicle but Tom was wonderful in keeping in touch and updating me as to how the repairs were going. Receiving this type of customer service was very much appreciated. Most times customers are told we will call you and it never happens. Tom always called when he said he would and even followed up with emails. His professionalism (and all the employees I meet) at Gerber was wonderful. Hope I never need you guys again but I would never even consider taking my vehicle anywhere else.

Our insurance company recommended we contact your Apopka location. The next day after the accident, I called and made an appointment. Upon arriving, Chris W the manager greeted me and was so calm and reassuring that the Gerber crew would take care of my husband's car. He spent time listening to how the wreck happened and thoroughly went through what he could see under the hood in the parking lot. He explained once they take the car apart they can better see if there's any further damage. After checking the car in, Kayla, the assistant, called Enterprise to pick me up to drive me over to pick up a rental. What fantastic service from Gerber! Their kindness helped calm my nerves. This was our first family car accident and even though only my husband was in the car, my nerves were on edge seeing the car afterwards. Chris and Kayla have the ... perfect attitudes to help customers. The icing on the cake was when Chris' message arrived only 9 days later saying the car was ready for pickup.
