Tom S was very professional and took the time to explain the entire process. They also installed the new clip-on rims that I was carrying in my car without being asked. It was a nice touch and my car looked beautiful when I picked her up a day early.

This was my second experience with Gerber. Started with Frank who gave me the estimate and accepted the car. First there were a few issues due to a lack of communication. But then Fred took over my claim for repairs and assured me that everything would be taken care of in a timely manner. Also went out of his way to right the wrongs. I highly recommend Gerber. My only choice for collision repairs for my BMW's.

Absolutely AWESOME from the first contact. My 19 year old college student got into a car accident....first one ever....in a city 2+ hours away from us. Gerber worked with us to get her car towed, gave us regular updates on the progress of the repair, kept me (Mom) in the loop every step of the way, and even allowed her to drop her rental car at the shop when she picked up her car....said they would take care of getting it back to the rental agency. Top notch care and service from start to finish...would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Brun was excellent from start to finish. Gave me an estimate as a walk-in and helped arrange an appointment. He kept me informed on the progress and had my vehicle ready when promised. I definitely will use Gerber again in the future if the need arises.
