I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!!! The thing that made trust you guys is that you listen to what wanted unlike AUTO NATION who said no you don't need a new bumper when they didn't even look under the car to check it out, not only did I need a new bumper you found out that it was more damage than originally appeared so to you guys I say AWESOME SAUCE !!!!!! My car is like a new car all over again, when I seen car my I said you have a customer for life!!! I've already recommended a friend to you thank you for taking care of her. From this day forward any accident I see I am going to say "GO TO GERBER COLLISION" they are the best ever thank you, thank you, thank you !!!!!

I contacted and spoke with a member of the Gerber staff in regards to getting some repairs to the rear bumper of a 2015 Jag. Prior to contacting Gerber I took the car to the Dealer and was surprisingly turned away and referred to 2 other repair shops for estimates which turned out to be very expensive. I set a delivery date with Gerber and as promised the car was ready for pickup in just a couple of days... Monday afternoon to Wednesday afternoon. Upon inspection of the work that was performed I found it to be done remarkably well for a job well done! I would recommend using Gerber Collision to anyone. Thanks!

From the first encounter with Fred and Jonathon, this was a very positive experience! They're outstanding customer service was only matched by the superb repair service provided. We were well informed every step of the way and our car was ready before the estimated completion date! I would like to share my experience with Gerber Collision in Sanford. From the very first communication with Sybil I was impressed with the level of service! All communication was timely and my concerns were addressed. They meant all deadlines and exceeded my expectations! From the front desk receptionist to the manager and both area marketing managers, they did an excellent job. I would recommend this location to anybody who wants their vehicle repaired by professionals who care and treat your vehicle like it is their vehicle.
