I had an awesome experience with Customer service with Britt H in the Valrico Office. He was efficient in providing me and my insurance with all the details needed with the repairs on my car since my car was involved in 2 accidents in a 3 week period. He kept me informed at all times and my car was in and out of the shop in NO time. They were awesome to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. The office had a down home feel and everyone was so professional and approachable. If you have an issue and need your car fixed ask for Britt H he will take care of you and you will feel like you have know him all your life he is that FRIENDLY and caring!

I recently used Gerber for some collision repairs after being backed into during my first accident and they made everything so easy for me! Shabeer assisted me throughout the whole process, keeping me informed every step of the way. He even gave me a great recommendation to get some new front tires put on my car at a discounted price. I will definitely be using Gerber in the future should I need to!

Excellent work looks great. fast service with extras like cleaning car and wheels before delivery. And the teamwork between car rental and geico was so good took all the stress out and made whole experience easy from beginning to end.

They repaired the right rear bumper where somebody ran into the car and dented the bumper in. I was told it might up take up to three days to do the repair but, they had it done in less than twenty-four hours. You can't even tell where the damage was. Thanks for a Great Job!
