Great Customer Service Representative, Jonathan M. was very polite, respectful, professional, and very efficient. Service on repair was very quick with a professional result. Cannot tell where damage was.

Mr Brun would text me daily for updates and progression on my truck. Ron and George were also very helpful along the way with info and an answer to any question I had. Thank you Gerber Collision.

This is my second collision and each time my car was brought to Gerber in Deland. I cannot say enough about how amazing and professional everyone is at this location. I would never trust my car anywhere else! I worked both times with George B. and he did a fantastic job of always keeping me updated and informed. I never had a moment to wonder how my car was doing or question what was being done because he set me up with text messages that kept me up to date each step of the way. George was personable, friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. Also, the woman at the front desk (I do not know her name) is fabulous! I have never seen any office look so organized with so much paper. It looks like she keeps everyone in line and on point. She is very sweet and quick to get everyone in and out quickly. Please pass this feedback along to ... those at the location. From the receptionist, to the estimators to all of those in the shop that helped restore my baby, I want to extend a huge THANK YOU! George B. was very considerate, even though I was distraught due to the high cost of the repair. He kept his composure and was understanding and patient with me. I was a little upset because I did not get an estimate prior to repairs beginning but this was not due to anything George did or did not do. It was due to no full disclosure from Geico. All in all I rate Gerber Collison a five.
