The minute I walked in I could tell this place was one I would want to do business with. Very friendly & helpful. I had a dent in my rear passenger door they looked at it & was able to take it out on the spot...leaving just a small dent that I could live with since the car is ten years old. Very nice young man & honest I would sent friends & family to this location.

Just a brief note to let you know the outstanding service I received from your Valrico location over the past few weeks. I had the car brought to Valrice because of the proximity to my home. After getting a rental at the same location, they took the time to go over the damage that could be seen, advised me of the possibility of unseen damage, and assured me that they would stay in touch with me on a regular basis during the repair. Not only did they do as they had promised, but my car was completed earlier than expected and looks great. A big thank you to Fred, Tim, Jonathon and the rest of the team for a job well done !

Repairs were completed on my car as specified with no issues or complaints. My car was returned in pristine shape including inside. I would be glad to do business with Gerber again, should I need body or glass repair.

Jeff went out of his way to provide courteous, professional, and prompt service! We brought in my wife's beloved car for an estimate after it was trashed by auto thieves.
