John was wonderful! He kept me informed and updated through the whole process. When my repair time exceeded my rental agreement he made sure the my rental was covered so I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. We had a concern about a noise in the steering wheel. John said to bring the car back and he would look at it. He completely fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. I'm very pleased with the work and customer service I received. Great job John and the entire Deland Gerber crew! I will definitely recommend John and Gerber Collision to my family and friends!

Additionally Lisa left an extremely good impression. If, for whatever reason, I'd require work on our cars this will be the 1st place I contact.

The customer service and repair was outstanding. George worked with the local vendors to find the correct replacement parts and Brun and Tom did a great job with the repair and painting. The repair was done in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate recommending DeLand Gerber Collision in the future.

Superb service and perfect quality of work. Customer service personnel were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The repair work was outstanding. Work was done on a 1999 Honda CRV with over 160K miles and they matched to color of the car flawlessly! Their interface with the insurance company was impeccable. Recommend Gerber wholeheartedly.

My whole experience was extraordinary. While I hadn't had an accident in 25 years, I wasn't looking forward to the repair process. Fortunately my insurance company referred me to Gerber. My estimator Tom did an extraordinary job and the work was done in one day instead of the expected three! The work was seamless and the service superlative!
