FL - 4824 Market Ave, Naples - 7/30/15

Stopped by the shop this afternoon thinking that my son-in-laws Ridgeline which I am baby sitting for two years while he, as a Navy pilot serving on a U.S. Carrier in the Pacific, needed new weather stripping on a rear door window. A fine young man looked at the issue and advised me that the bottom door weather stripping and weep holes were dirty and clogged. Problem solved. Thank you to him and to Gerber for employing such capable and professional people. Thank you.

Although they ended up keeping the car one day extra than they originally estimated, they knew I needed to take it out of town the following day so they made sure it was done. I was extremely impressed all the way around starting with Tiffany who is up front and John who took care of the rest.
