FL - 12635 Hwy 27, Clermont - 9/8/15

I recently had the rail on my pickup repaired at this facility and was paid for out of pocket. They did an excellent job on the repair and cleaned my truck to look like it was brand new. I was extremely impressed and would recommend them to anyone. My truck was also completed ahead of schedule which made me even more happy.

The service was fast with no problems. Tom took care of all my paperwork and everything he told me was TRUE ( I am finding it harder and harder to find honest service people anymore). My car was ready before I was back from vacation (I left to to be fixed while I was gone) and when I got back I found a voice mail from Tom letting me know that it was ready to be picked up. The job they did is amazing. I can't even tell where the damage was and I was the one driving when I was hit so I know right where I should find evidence of the wreck. But I can't. Great job to the shop and paint guys who did the work!!!

Another quality job done by Gerber Collision & Glass in Melbourne, FL. This is my 3rd repair done at this shop and the results did not disappoint as expected. The passenger door that was replaced and repainted is indistinguishable from the original before the accident (a SUV with the hitch attached backed into my parked car). The car was also completed a full day ahead of schedule. The staff was also very friendly and courteous. Both Tim and Fran kept me informed on a daily basis on the progress of my car's repair. If my car ever needs body work again I will be definitely be bringing my business back to this Gerber location.

My situation was somewhat unique, I came back several times and changed things before the work began, there were some surprises for both me and the company - but every time there was a snag Chris and his associates came through.

Explained our predicament to Jonathan M, who went right to work and was able to get our vehicle back to us Friday afternoon. I believe Jonathan went above and beyond servicing us.

I was referred to Gerber by a friend, he said they did great work and would be fair. My experience was even better than that! My daughter needed her car repaired before she returned back to College, which was in 3 days. I worked with David, who not only met the time sensitive requirement-and beat it by a day~which I know is unheard of, but he quoted me a fair price, and explained everything to me fully. My daughter is back at school, with a car that looks great! Gerber has a new fan! I will pass along the recommendation to anyone who is looking for a collision repair facility!

They were very good and finished my car ahead of schedule. Work was excellent . They were a great group to work with. I brought my car there because I was hit in a restaurant parking lot by a USAA insured. Process went very smoothly. Frankly I was surprised how smooth things went.
