Between a hurricane threat and long weekend, I still my car back in less than a week! Body work and frame work, detailed and lovely! The price was more than fair. We will definitely be returning for other work.

Someone backed into my 2005 Ford Hundred in the rear passenger side and knocked the bumper out place. I went to Gerber for an estimate for repair. Estimator Timothy G. assessed the damage. He snapped the bumper back in place and got rid of the other cars paint scratch. When I asked what I owed for this service I was told "0". This amazed me in light of greed there is in society today. Tim would not even accept a tip. As an 78 year old senior this renewed my faith in society. I will not hesitate to highly recommend my friends and neighbors to Gerber for their needs. Incredible customer service! They kept me posted through the whole process. Warm welcome from second I stepped in the door. Very professional and courteous people. I would highly recommend! Derek the manager was very through and runs an efficient shop. Also, Rosa kept me informed every few days of the status of my car repair. I give them an A+++ Car looks brand new! Nice touch picking up a clean car both inside and out. Looks brand new. Thanks Clermont Gerber!

Gerber collision and glass did a fantastic job repairing my front bumper. It only took a day to actually install the bumper but they took the extra time and care to wash and QC my car. They made sure I had a rental car while they worked on mine. There customer service was above and beyond. They made me feel very comfortable leaving my car in there hands. They explained everything very clearly and made the entire process simple. I will most defiantly be coming back (If I ever need to).

Mr. Jonathan M. was very helpful and worked very hard to ensure that I was satisfied with the repair of my vehicle. He made the experience less stressful than a situation like this can turn out to be. Courteous and knowledgeable, Jonathan made this an efficient process. I would recommend to friends to have their autos fixed here if they need it. I would tell them to ask for Jonathan to take care of them. I was pleased with the whole experience.

After going thru a management change, I was contacted by Mr. H. who was more than willing to change my bad impression of Gerber. He assured me that Gerber strives to provide excellence in customer service and so he proved it. He offered a car detailing to make it up to me, and was kind enough to schedule it for a day that worked for me. When I came in I was greeted by Mr. H. and his sweet receptionist Brittney. While I was waiting for my car, I witnessed how Mr. H. treated customers and how much effort he put into listening and treating them with respect and honesty. He did change my perception of Gerber, and if for any reason I have to go thru this experience again, I will make sure to choose Gerber again. Simply because I know that this location is now being managed by a responsible well educated person who knows how to treat customers ... and who can treat people who are going thru a bad experience with patience and a smile. read more

My greatest appreciation to Gerber and Frankie A. Frankie was able to help me avoid an insurance claim by voluntarily buffing out scrathes and reattaching a bumper that had been knocked off. Great customer service, and my highest recommendation for quality, care and customer service. No better place in Ft Myers for repairs, service and friendly, helpful people!!
